Since 2012, qualified investors have participated in eleven custom-structured direct investments backed by commercial real estate or hard assets managed by G2's portfolio manager. Eight transactions have gone full cycle - returning 100% of invested capital plus investment returns equal to or greater than originally forecast.
Asset classes under current and prior management by G2's portfolio manager include: medical office (credit-tenant and market rate), student housing, micro-hospitals, and workforce multifamily housing.
G2 structures each investment using a range of institutional-quality tools and techniques seeking to mitigate the risk of loss of invested capital. On each of our investments, we typically enjoy priority entitlement to net cash flows, direct visibility into asset-level operations and a voice over major decisions from the time our capital is invested until we exit.
